Return Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, unsealed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- For specific items, such as limited edition or promotional items, a return must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Return Process:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return. If applicable, include photos of the product showing any defects or issues.
- A return shipping label will be provided, and we will arrange for the product to be picked up within 4-7 working days.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned product in our warehouse.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a fee of Rs.100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Special Note:
- Products from the Accessories section or makeup brushes cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped.
