Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you have the option to cancel it. Upon cancellation, we will process a 100% refund of your payment. A confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to you via email. It may take up to 2 business days to cancel your order after receiving your request, and you will receive an email notification once the cancellation is completed.
Post-Shipment Returns
In some cases, you may need to return the product after it has been shipped, such as:
- If the item(s) arrive damaged during transit.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect that was not detected during packaging.
- If an incorrect item was shipped by mistake.
You can report any such issues within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please ensure you have the following details ready when contacting us:
- Your Order ID
- Shipping label
- A video recording while unboxing the parcel (recommended)
Please note that products from our “Accessories” section are not eligible for returns unless they have a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped. Do not return any products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
